My Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation class takes a step by step approach to understanding the principles behind Mindfulness and Meditation. This includes a strong emphasis on learning the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness and how to practice them in your day-to-day life. Each class will be 60min long, during which students can expect instruction, guided practice, and time for Q & A.

This Zoom class is appropriate for those brand new to practice, and for those looking for a refresher course.

Over the 4 weeks we’ll cover the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness and introduce the concept of quieting the mind through Meditation:
