Lynn is certified as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the University of California's (Berkeley), MMTCP program lead by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She is also a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).

 

Her additional certifications include, Teacher Trainer with the Yoga Alliance (500 RYT), and Spiritual Director through the Haden Institute in Hendersonville, NC.  Lynn was a co- founder, and creative director of Yoga Source in Richmond, VA.

 
Lynn has practiced yoga, mindfulness, and meditation for over 20 years. She continues her studies in the healing arts as a student of American Theravada Buddhism, Jungian Theory, Christian Mysticism and Yoga. Her work is an eclectic blend of contemplative practices that provide a grounded, modern approach to mindfulness and meditation. Lynn leads groups, as well as individuals, in mindfulness meditation, spiritual direction, and yoga for emotional balance.

Lynn is a native of Charleston SC. She contributes the natural rhythms of the Carolina Lowcountry as her earliest influences in contemplative practices. She is the mother of three adult  daughters, and lives in Richmond, VA with her husband, Rob.
